Revitalization project of the villa in Wilanów.

Construction works are nowe ongoing at the site of the house Z21. Z21 used to be a typical building of Warsaw’s 1990s residential architecture. Asked by our investors, we have redesigned it and have adjusted its form and fuction to present needs of its future dwellers. More info will soon be added to “Projects”>”Architecture”.

We present you photos taken before and during the reconstruction. We hope that in spring, construction works will be finished.
