The main idea of the project is to build a simple single-family house on a medium-sized plot.

Three-storey family house is located on a medium-sized plot. In the house, there is a basement in which the communication, pantry, boiler room, laundry and additional space are located. On the ground level, there is a living area – with living room, patio, kitchen, dining room, toilet and office.

On the first floor there are: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a gallery and a wardrobe.
