Nova Królikarnia

Nova Królikarnia Estate

The main idea of the project was to obtain the largest building usable area with a relatively small area of plots and to create intimate, compact buildings while keeping the area open and creating a friendly neighborly space. The complex of buildings was designed with the greatest possible access to greenery.

The estate is located near Arkadia Park, close to Królikarnia palace and Idzikowskiego Street. The buildings designed under the assumption are three-storey. The space between buildings is divided with low walls and greenery, the area around buildings consists mainly of green areas.
At the entrance there is a hall, a communication route with stairs leading to the first floor. The rest of the ground floor was designed as an open space. It contained a living room and kitchenette separated from the living area by furniture. The dining room which is part of the living room is adjacent to the kitchen area. The living room with kitchenette is illuminated by windows overlooking the spacious terrace and the garden.
On the floors of the building there is a night zone with bedrooms, bathrooms and accompanying rooms.
The buildings are finished with natural, neutral materials that match the surrounding nature; light plaster and wooden elements.
